6.00pm – 7.30pm
Senior belt training follows regular instruction and will run up to 30 minutes.
Other ranks are welcome to stay later on most nights to work on your own level whatever that may be.

What to wear
If it’s your first time, it is recommended you wear loose, comfortable clothing that you can move freely in.
Club members are expected to come ready in uniform.
