Once students effectively use their bodies to defend themselves they can be offered weapons training. Nam Wah Pai, students get instruction with ‘Bo Staff’ and ‘Broadsword’ as syllabus weapons.
Instruction in breaking of boards, bricks and bats, as well as alternative weapons is given to senior belt ranks depending on individual interests!
